More about us and how we go about our business
Calegari & Morris is a unique accounting firm. Our structure is optimized to provide tax and accounting-related services to a specific niche: for-profit companies with revenue in the $5 – 50 million range. Additionally, we provide very sophisticated services to the high net worth owners and managers of these companies and their families.
This focus has allowed us to profitably weather the economic downturn of the past few years and continue our steady, conservative growth. We are not a “leverage” firm; our partners aren’t primarily managers. Instead, each has exceptional technical expertise – especially in tax – and take pride in providing their clients with an uncommonly high level of service.
If you have the special knowledge, drive and people skills we’re looking for we are really looking forward to receiving your resume.

About Calegari & Morris:
Founded in 1932, the firm specializes in serving for-profit businesses with revenues in the 5 – 50MM range as well as high net worth individuals. The firm’s partners each possess exceptional technical knowledge in one or more areas and are very involved with their clients, providing sophisticated planning, consulting, project and advice services.
The overall “vibe” in the firm is low key, relatively informal and unstructured. Support is always available, but no one will be standing over you, so there is a need for self-direction and discipline.
The firm’s goal with this solicitation is twofold: a) find another highly qualified accountant with exceptional technical skills, leadership potential and business development ability and, b) bring in someone who has the potential to become an equity partner and contribute to the firm’s management.
