Krista Rosen earned a BA degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley with an emphasis in international economics and business. She subsequently received an MS degree in taxation from Golden Gate University. She is a CPA in the State of California. Krista began her career with Security Pacific Bank in the management training program. After two and a half years, she left banking to join Touche Ross & Company (later Deloitte & Touche, LLP) as a staff accountant wanting to pursue her interest in the area of personal, estate and trust taxation. She was with Deloitte and Touche for eight years rising to the position of Tax Manager.

Krista initially joined Calegari & Morris in 1995 working with high net worth individuals, trusts and estates. She worked for Calegari for three years and then during tax season while raising her three children. She most recently was the chief financial officer for the home office of a private equity investor based in San Francisco. She returned to Calegari & Morris in the fall of 2013.
